1. Data processed

The extension processes information that users enter manually or import, including names, phone numbers, email addresses, taxpayer identification numbers, organization names, consultation details, and comments.

It also stores form-filling profiles, settings, a workstation identifier, interface access state, the submission queue, archived records, and operational logs locally.

2. Purpose of processing

Data is used to prepare, validate, and submit KCM consultation forms, maintain a local archive, generate reports, and create backups.

The extension checks the survey page's fields and state to fill forms, detect errors, and track submission results.

3. Storage and transmission

Working data and local backup snapshots are stored in the user's browser profile. The extension does not send this data to the developer's servers or automatically synchronize it with cloud storage.

After the user starts the queue, consultation records are submitted through the existing form at: https://xn--80ajghhoc2aj1c8b.xn--p1ai/polls/opros-kcm/

The website operator handles submitted information under its own policies.

Users may also export data to files and independently share those files with other people.

4. Privacy and security

The extension does not include advertising analytics or sell user data. Data is not used for personalized advertising, creditworthiness assessments, or purposes unrelated to the extension's stated functionality.

The use of data complies with the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Forms are submitted over HTTPS. The interface access password does not encrypt the local database. Users should restrict access to their devices, browser profiles, and exported files.

5. Retention and deletion

Local records remain until they are deleted or the extension is uninstalled. Local backup snapshots may retain previously deleted information until those snapshots are deleted or rotated out.

Exported files must be deleted separately. Deleting data from the extension does not delete forms previously submitted to the KCM website. Requests concerning the deletion of submitted information should be directed to the website operator.

This policy will be updated if data handling practices change. The latest revision date appears at the beginning of this document.
